Overlooking St.Anton, new mid-size hotel, quite neighbourhood, oversized rooms, radiant heat (geo-thermal powered), ample parking space; but most importantly: super service to make you feel right at home and exquisite cuisine, .........................simply outstanding.

Hotel facilities were immaculate, staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Quality of food was excellent and beautifully presented. Good value for money, would stay again.
A little more choice for the evening meal would br nice.

The location is perfect for ski lovers, with easy access to the slopes and a free shuttle to get there. Rooms are spacious, cozy, and with breathtaking panoramic views. the breakfast is fantastic, and the staff makes the stay effortless, thanks to their warm, caring, and skilled service. On top of that, the sauna and relaxation rooms are glorious.
The hotel is a bit secluded, missing out on the hustle and bustle of city life.

The food!!! Cleanliness, comfort of the room. Attention to detail in the room as well as the fabulous food served by chef and owner, Michael. The food is locally sourced, and each dinner and breakfast is freshly made and beautifully presented. Michael began his apprenticeship in 1985 and his first love is being a chef. Even if you don't stay in this wonderful place, be sure to make a reservation for dinner. The rooms and whole building have also been constructed with local timber and made to last. The wooden parts of the tastefully appointed rooms are made of a wood from high in the nmountains proven, he states, to lower your heart rate and facilitate sleep. Sure did our's!
Anticipate paying extra for water and beverages with half board.

We had a wonderful week in Der Waldhof. Its peaceful location, the facilities, Michael's excellent 4-course dinners, the very friendly, attentive and helpful staff (particularly the owners Andrea and Michael), comfortable and spacious rooms all contributed to a really lovely holiday. We went in August and there are many fantastic mountain walks close-by (mountain-biking is also a popular summer activity). We would highly recommend this hotel and would very much like to return sometime in the future.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in St Anton and had an amazing experience. The location was perfect, just a short walking distance from the vibrant nightlife, top restaurants, and bars. The hotel provided excellent service, offering amenities like room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The room itself was cozy and spacious, with a terrace and patio to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The hotel also had a spa and wellness center with a sauna and steam room, perfect for relaxation after a day of activities. The free Wi-Fi and parking were a great convenience, and the staff really worked hard to deliver exceptional service.
I highly recommend this hotel to friends.

In 40 years of extensive European traveling, this has to be one of the 4-5 top finds for a hotel! The hotel is only two years old and wonderfully blends modern and traditional Tyrolean architecture. The details and amenities in the rather larger room [including free Wi-Fi in the room] were worthy of a 5 star hotel. The fixed price menu was absolutely wonderful in the restaurant [the owner is the chef] and the cost was 1/4 to 1/5 of a high price 4-5 star hotel. Unbelievable! The hotel is a 15 minute walk to downtown St. Anton [and 500-600' downhill] but it also makes for a quiet hotel with good views of the surrounding mountains. We will make this a stop everytinme we travel through Austria.

Just spent New Year at this amazing hotel and I have to say, it was one of the best experiences of my life! the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. One of the best aspects was that they offered a shuttle service to the slopes, which made our skiing experience so much easier. Another great factor was the cozy and comfortable rooms, with stunning views of the surrounding landscape. And the cherry on top? the hot tub and sauna - perfect after a long day on the slopes!
the location was a little further from the town center than we expected, but the shuttle service made up for that.

Wonderful Family Run Stay - We had an amazing time during our stay. The staff was friendly and very accommodating to all our requests. The hotel is located in a convenient location, near the breathtaking views of the mountains. As for the food, it was simply delicious and there was an option for vegetarians. The breakfast and dinner were included in our stay, and we enjoyed every bit of it. They also provide a free shuttle every morning to take you to the nearby slopes. Another plus point was the clean and cozy rooms that allowed us to rest after our tiring adventure.
Nothing Not to Like - Honestly, there was nothing that we disliked during our stay. They covered every detail, and we were very happy with all aspects of our trip.
